Redipor® range of injection vials and DIN bottles
As part of our Redipor® prepared media range we offer an extensive selection of injection vials and DIN bottles, from 5ml to 500ml. Sterility test broths and rinse solutions available in a choice of fill volumes.
All of these products are fitted with rubber injection stoppers and aluminium tear off seals and are supported with QC testing documentation.

EMPTY IRRADIATED INJECTION VIALS
Manufactured in type 1 glass, our empty sterile Injection vials are available in 5, 10, 30, 50 or 100ml capacity and are ideal for process and operator simulations. Supplied with the standard centre tear off seal (CET). An alternative Flip Tear Up seal (FTU) is also available. These vials are supplied in packs of 25.
INJECTION VIALS – 5ML
Manufactured in type 1 glass, our 5ml Injection vials are ideal for process and operator simulations. Media fill volumes are available up to 5ml, although the vial has a maximum capacity of 7ml and is supplied with the standard centre tear off seal (CET). An alternative Flip Tear Up seal (FTU) is also available. These vials are supplied in packs of 25
INJECTION VIALS – 10ML
Manufactured in type 1 glass, our 10ml Injection vials are ideal for process and operator simulations. Media fill volumes are available up to 10ml, although the vial has a maximum capacity of 15ml and is supplied with the standard centre tear off seal (CET). Manufactured in type 1 glass, our 100ml Injection vials are ideal for process and operator simulations. Media fill volumes are available up to 100ml, although the vial has a maximum capacity of 119ml and is supplied with the standard centre tear off seal (CET). DIN BOTTLES – 100ML
Our 100ml DIN bottles are manufactured in type 2 glass and fitted with standard rubber injection stoppers and Snap caps. Maximum media fill volume is 100ml, however the DIN bottle has a total capacity of 125ml. DIN bottles are supplied in packs of 12
DIN BOTTLES – 250ML
Our 250ml DIN bottles are manufactured in type 2 glass and fitted with standard rubber injection stoppers and Snap caps. Maximum media fill volume is 250ml, however the DIN bottle has a total capacity of 300ml. DIN bottles are supplied in packs of 12
